ATTENTION:

This agreement is sent to you automatically when you use your credit card to purchase RealCart. You only need to submit this form if you have paid (or are planning to pay) with PayPal.

To receive your tech support as well as receiving your key file when you order, you must PRINT, SIGN and MAIL (or FAX) a Software End User Agreement to RealCart.com. By doing so you are eligible for RealCart tech support for the product even while you evaluate it. If your purchase included tech support this agreement will activate it.

Simply complete this form and a Software End User Agreement will be emailed to you. Once you receive the agreement please PRINT, SIGN and MAIL (or FAX) the agreement to the address at the top of the agreement. We will not be able to send your key file to you or activate your FREE tech support until we receive a clean and legible signed copy of this agreement.
